最先，高校能学得专业技能acquire specialized knowledge in various subjects including practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge ，把握一定的专业技能learn practical skills，为之后的职业发展奠定一个扎实的基本lay a solid foundation for future careers，高校里边的课程内容还可以教會学员如何思考think from different perspectives，剖析解决困难 analyze and solve the problem，这种工作能力在未来工作中里都有利于工作的取得成功 contribute to their future life 。

别的的一些必需素养还包含自觉性independence，沟通交流协作工作能力the ability to communicate and cooperate with others，还可以根据上大学获得提升

people could still be successful without good academic qualifications。例如有好的容貌的人可以有望变成网络红人或是艺人 people with beautiful appearance are likely to become actors or influencers。她们觉得取得成功必须越来越多的实践活动practical skill and experience ，而学校一般只重视授课基础知识，因此要想取得成功应当尽快进到社会工作累积工作经历和人脉关系 in order to achieve success, people should accumulate job-related experience and personal resources
