Dear Sir,

I am writing from the “Nursing home” voluntary association. Recently, I have planned to organize an activity tailored to old people to appreciate flowers in the park and I hope to gain your support.

We aim to motivate their passion for life and provide them with some interesting common knowledge about flowers.

In terms of the arrangement not only will we invite botanical experts to introduce various flower types for them, we will also conduct a small quiz for them to encourage them to commit themselves to our activity. Weather permitting every person will be able to choose one flower to adopt at home.

With regard to the support from the community, we may need 500 Yuan in total for tickets and fees for the expert. Moreover, ten volunteers are needed because they can play a crucial role in assuring the health conditions of the old in case of some unpredieted emergencies.

All the above is my report. For all the inconvenience, I would appreciate it if you could approve my scheme.
