教育部考试中心主任姜钢在《中国高等教育杂志》刊登的文章《坚持以立德树人为核心深化高考考试内容改革》透露，在命题工作中更加注重“四个加强”：加强社会主义核心价值观的考查；加强依法治国理念的考查；加强中国优秀传统文化的考查；加强创新能力的考查。业内人士认为，无论是发言者的身份，还是探讨的话题，堪称权威重磅。
要尽量用好中国元素讲好中国故事，体现家国情怀，传播中国优秀文化，坚定文化自信。需要注意体现一带一路、人类命运共同体的主题，以及反映中国在新时代的发展变化。
大胆预测
笔者对全国卷书面表达的命题方向提出以下大胆的预测：
一、文体
以信件为主。作文体裁以常见的信件为主向多样化形式转变。除2022年全国甲、乙卷及2021年新高考卷为短文投稿、2021年全国乙卷为发言稿、2020年新高考卷为新闻报道、2020年全国Ⅰ卷为人物介绍、2020年全国Ⅱ卷为活动介绍以及2018年全国Ⅱ卷为通知外，其余8篇均为书信或邮件，包括邀请信、咨询信、申请信、告知信和求助信等。
二、话题
与考生的学习和生活密切相关。常涉及语言学习、活动开展、人际关系等，特别重视中国元素，如到中国朋友家做客的风俗、中国画和中国传统文化等。
三、猜题（共12题）

It’s hard to believe that I am so close to reaching the end of high school. Looking back, I find the past days has witnessed plenty of memorable activities. However, the one that stuck me as the most impressive was the coming-of-age ceremony.
To honor the students who had turned 18, a grand ceremony was held in the 2nd term of the senior year. We students, wearing traditional dress, gathered at the stadium as scheduled. First, our principals incerely extended her congratulations on us becoming a grown-up. Then followed the Confucian-style coming-of-age ceremonies-- JiLi (for girls) and GuanLi (forboys). Finally, we made a solemn vow to shoulder the responsibilities of an adult, which was definitely the highlight.
Personally, the ceremony exerted a profound influence on us students. Not only did it fully expose us to traditional Chinese culture, but it motivated us to embrace the new identity and live up to our promise.

An English Speaking competition
Aimed to promote the importance of reading and enhance students’ English speakingabilities, our club held an English speech competition on the topic of “My Favorite English Extracurricular Book”last Sunday.

The Student Union in our school conducted a survey into how often students exercise in their free time last week, the result of which is really worrying. 50% of the students who participated in the questionnaire have no habit of working out at all;30% of the subjects do exercise once in a while; only 20% of them work out regularly.
As we all know, health is our top priority whenever it is, without which we can achieve nothing.
Additionally, faced with such pressure in the highly competitive school life, it is necessary for us to do some exercise,which can ensure we are productive and efficient in tackling various tasks. In the meanwhile, as the youth of the new era, we are expected to shoulder the responsibility of making our country better and more beautiful.
