As you know, your parents always value your baby teeth verymuch. What do they usually do when your baby teeth fall out? There aredifferent customs in different countries.
In China, the upper tooth is usually thrown under the bed and thelower tooth is thrown onto the roof. It’s said that if parents do like that, their children will have healthy teeth. In America, the baby tooth won’tbe thrown away, because parents think the tooth fairy will take it awayat night. They just need to put the tooth under the pillow and the toothfairy will exchange it with a coin. What about in Brazil? Parents usuallythrow the baby tooth out of the house. It’s expected that a bird will takeit away and bring a new tooth back.
